Be sure to include a telephone number and/or an e-mail address with your order so that we may contact you if necessary. Payments may be made by credit card, money orders and certified checks drawn on US Funds, or personal checks ( Canada , APO , FPO , US Territories only). When placing your first order with Asana, we may require payment by wire transfer. All freight charges, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via an International Air Carrier appropriate for your country (except all APO and FPO which ship via US Postal Service). If you specify postal delivery Asana will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. A complete address must accompany each order as Asana will not refund freight charges on undeliverable packages that are returned to us.

Back Orders: All International orders with any back ordered items will be held until complete to avoid unnecessary freight charges to the customer. If an item is no longer available it will be canceled from your order and you will be notified.

International Shipping Rates: Certain countries may have higher rates than those listed on your Asana Invoice. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you. Should you require other shipping arrangements, please contact Asana by telephone, fax, or email.

SALES TAX POLICY

Asana PackWorks is incorporated in the State of Idaho and is required by law to charge sales tax to Idaho residents. We do not charge sales tax to residents of any other state or territory

Ground Shipping
Our base shipping rate starts at $6.00 for stickers, chalk bags, and t-shirts. Our packs ship for $10.00. Most of our crash pads ship for around $30.00. Available within the continental United States only. Normal shipping time is anywhere from 1 business day to 7 depending upon your location. All packages are shipped from Boise, Idaho.

WARRANTY- By purchasing Asana gear, you accept and agree to our warranty policies
Any defects in materials or workmanship are covered for one calendar year from sale. Product damaged through neglect or misuse will be repaired at a nominal charge.
Warranty Exclusion
Products are not warranted against normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper maintenance, accident, negligence, damage or if used for a purpose for which it was not designed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from location to location. Except as expressly stated in this warranty, we shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or other types of damages arising out of or resulting from the use of our product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Pad Maintenance and Warranties
Asana’s warranty covers defective manufacturing for one calendar year. This means that we will do our best to repair or replace products that are defective based on our sewing technique in individual cases. Although we have the best industrial sewers, they do not always produce perfect gear. We will make that determination as to whether we have made mistakes or if it is wear and tear.
When pads get dirty, use a soft bristled broom to sweep the areas clean. Use of a vacuum cleaner is acceptable as long as the vacuum does not use a spinning bristled brush.
A non-bleaching spray may be used for problem areas, but make sure that a conservative amount of spray is used so that it does not penetrate the shell cover.
For stained spots, use a damp rag or sponge with a mild stain remover.
 If a pad is ripped, contact Asana immediately for a diagnosis and plan for pad cover repair. If a seam is torn, contact Asana to determine if the tear is covered under our warranty. Given good maintenance and regular care, the pad system will provide years of protection, however, we cannot protect against all factors.

Pad Warranty Exclusions
Wear and Tear- Asana does not warranty the pads for wear and tear. This means that the foam will take abuse and that Asana is not responsible for that abuse. We buy the best and most expensive foams on the market as a means to extend the life of the padding systems. This does not mean that we can guarantee how long they will last. Many factors such as gym traffic, placement, handling, and environmental exposure all play a part in breaking pads down.

Seam Covers- Take a look at the pad system on a regular basis to determine that the seam covers are holding in place and that they are not placed under an irregular amount of stress because of pad movement. Do not move pads unless it is absolutely necessary. Removing seam covers frequently will and does reduce the life of the system. Because we cannot control where frequent landing zones are and the amount of time seam covers are being used, seam covers are not covered under our warranty. Seam covers will need to be replaced at least once every three years depending on use. Some of the higher traffic gyms are replacing seam covers once every year. The cost for this is approximately $2.00 per linear foot. As a note, Asana does not profit from seam cover replacement.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do our best to insure that all our customers are 100% satisfied. We will work with the customer to correct any mistakes made on our part and make the necessary adjustments. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any stock item for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling).

The information will be used to send emails or newsletters notifying you of special offers, product updates on our site. However, if at any time you wish to stop receiving these updates, you may opt-out. How and Why Does ASANA PackWorks Use Cookies?
"Cookies" are a type of information that is stored on your hard drive via your web browser. The "cookies" that ASANA PackWorks uses do not contain any personal data such as credit card information, passwords, or even your name or address. Cookies simply help us to identify your session on the site. They also help us maintain specific visit information about you without forcing you to register or to give personal information

This is a function of your computer, so the manner in which to turn the "cookies" off is quite individual and thus, cannot be addressed here.
