| A brief history | ||||
| Asana was birthed in Jamey's garage in 1999. With support from the local Boise crowd, Asana began designing and marketing crash pads in 2000. Still today, Asana designs, manufactures, and ships all of its goods from Boise, Idaho. We are committed to supporting climbers and the climbing community as a whole. | ||||

| Jamey started Asana
in his garage in 1999. He is obsessed with designing innovative products
for the climbing community. He is a regular boulderer and has been known
to pull out some big numbers when he has eaten enough junk food. He is a connoisseur
of fine beers, like Bud. He lives in Boise with his 6 year old daughter
Lucy.
Serious Note: Jamey holds a Master's in Special Education and is still involved with a local school district |
Sus has been addicted
climbing for 16 years and he continues to find himself relapsing. He is
a true philosopher of life and he will tell you that the key to happiness
is the first cup of coffee in the morning. He has a dog named Piton, who
he considers his first child. Yes girls, he does have a girlfriend, in fact,
as of May 20, 2007, a fiance.
Serious Note: Sus is committed to volunteering and coaching in the community at the local YMCAs. |

Jon Albright---Inside Sales/Production |
Jean Dawson- Seamstress/Designer | |||

||||
| Jon has been
climbing for less than a year and is already legitimately setting his
sights on hard projects. He thrives on thoughts of dynos and good surf.
Serious Note: He brings a positive energy to Asana which fits well with our commitment to customer service and support. He has a wonderful partner, Jamiea, and climber son, Dylan.

Jean joined Asana
April 2007. She brings years of production experience to the team. She has
a huge dog named Goliath who is as sweet as a kitten. Her husband is also
as sweet as a kitten. The funny thing is that Jean doesn't own a kitten.
Serious Note: She has expertise in gardening and loves to spend time in the mountains at her cabin. |

| Rory is a new young
punk just moved in from NY. He has brought a great energy to the team as
well as a great new stereo system. Rory loves to pull down and brings lots
of experience from working in climbing gyms and with route setters to
Asana.
Serious Note: We nicknamed him "Borealis" because we consider him to be a great wonder of the world. |
We found Scrapper through a network of friends. He had just started climbing and was psyched to get involved with the industry. He is the guy pouring all of the rad holds we are putting out at an alarming rate. Serious Note: Scrapper has a way with words, and his hilarity fills our warehouse on a daily basis. We are grateful for it. |

| Steve Blackwell | ||
| Industrial Manufacturing | ||

||
|
Steve brings an educated background in sewing
manufacturing to Asana. His commitment to quality has been a huge asset for
Asana. Steve loves to work on old cars and has upholstered a couple of
classics.
Serious Note: We call him "Frogger" because he likes to croak while he sews. Weird, we know.
